In this class we focus on the smaller Muscles and isolate them. After all how is stronger biceps not going to help your pull ups, stronger triceps not help you push ups.

Muscle ups, Chest to bar Pull ups, Hand Stand Push Ups, Pistol Squat to name a few. These are a higher skill set and require time and practise for majority of people. Much like Olympic lifting this gives us exactly that.....
